Product Overview

Product Description

The Griffin MK2 rifle series builds on the features of the MK1 by improving the foundation of the rifle: the lower receiver. The Griffin MK2 fully ambidextrous lower receiver is manufactured using advanced aerospace manufacturing techniques to achieve sub-mil-spec tolerances and a high level of quality. From front to back, Griffin rifles are engineered with attention to detail throughout.

All control features are mirrored, providing full ambidextrous functionality based on intellectual property developed by Griffin Armament circa 2013.

The MK2 PSR 9.5″ .300 Blackout pistol features a tuned pistol-length gas system and a suppressor-optimized buffer system, delivering a soft and reliable shooting experience in both suppressed and unsuppressed configurations. The 416R stainless steel barrel is designed for accuracy and durability. Internal testing has demonstrated extended service life under high round counts, including suppressed use, with rifling remaining intact until eventual component wear unrelated to the bore. Additional industry case studies further support the long-term durability of 416R stainless steel barrels.

Terra Brown Anodized Color Note:
While consistency is a priority, variations in color can occur due to the anodizing process. Factors such as material type (e.g., 6061 vs. 7075 aluminum), heat treatment, manufacturing method, surface condition, and anodizing variables (temperature, etch time, dye concentration, current, and other process controls) can all influence final color. As a result, components may exhibit slight differences in shade, commonly referred to as variations in FDE tones.

The product received may differ slightly in color from images shown. Lighter anodized finishes may also reveal minor cosmetic imperfections that would typically be less visible with darker finishes. These variations are inherent to the anodizing process and are not considered defects. Functional performance is not affected, and any component with performance-related issues will not be sold.

Anodizing provides a durable finish without the additional cost and labor associated with painted coatings. Customers seeking maximum color uniformity may prefer black anodized options.
