The Super Duty® MOD1 is the current evolution of the Super Duty® platform, built with continuous design development for superior ergonomics and modularity while maintaining the legendary balance of performance and reliability.
The Geissele CHF barrel and Forged Stressproof Bolt® are High-Pressure Tested (HPT) and Magnetic Particle Inspected (MPI), working together for unmatched dependability with match-grade accuracy. The Stressproof Bolt® is made from Carpenter 158+, developed directly with Carpenter Steel metallurgists for a cleaner material with fewer impurities — stronger, more fatigue resistant, and capable of 5 times the life of a mil-spec bolt.
A precisely balanced gas system, including the bomb-proofed Super Gas Block and fine-tuned gas port sizing, minimizes felt recoil while maintaining reliable cycling even in adverse conditions, especially when paired with the Geissele Super 42 braided buffer spring (sold separately). The MOD1 features the HUXWRX Flash Hider-QD muzzle device for seamless compatibility with the HUXWRX FLOW series.
The center-tab mated MK16 rail features stainless steel QD inserts for reinforced sling attachment, while the Airborne Charging Handle offers ambidextrous use with a low profile that resists snagging on gear.
