Product Overview
Product Description
Introducing the BCR1, a highly adaptable elastic cummerbund-style chest rig engineered to accommodate magazine shingles of various calibers. The innovative design allows users to effortlessly stack and interchange magazine shingles to tailor their loadout precisely to mission requirements.
The elastic cummerbund is designed to provide a superior fit that molds to the wearer’s torso, ensuring enhanced stability during dynamic movement. Whether in high-stress environments or seeking a comfortable and secure solution, the BCR1 delivers dependable performance in a streamlined package.
Versatile and Modular:
The BCR1 is built for modularity, accommodating a wide range of equipment storage needs. A Velcro closure system on the front placard allows users to quickly swap shingles for different magazine sizes, adapting to various weapon systems and loadout configurations.
Quick and Easy On/Off:
Designed for rapid donning and doffing, the BCR1 simplifies setup without sacrificing security. The FIRSTSPEAR TUBES SYSTEM provides a snug, stable fit that supports swift directional changes, sprinting, and aggressive movement.
Upgrade to a TUBES System:
The BCR1 allows compatible Velcro closure plate carriers to be converted to the FIRSTSPEAR TUBES SYSTEM by removing the shoulder straps and back sizing panel, then attaching the placard to the front Velcro field. The cummerbund replaces existing cummerbunds. A plate carrier with a contained back Velcro panel is required for proper use.
Multiple Pockets:
The BCR1 includes four 5.56 magazine-sized pockets integrated into the cummerbund, in addition to the magazine capacity selected for the front shingle.
How to Measure Your Torso:
For proper fitment, measure around the torso approximately 1.5"–4" above the belly button, where a properly fitted plate carrier would sit. If a tailor’s tape is unavailable, a string or strip of masking tape can be used and then measured with a ruler. Double-check measurements to ensure accuracy.
Fits torso sizes ranging from 34"–45". Measure approximately one inch above the navel before ordering.
