Product Overview
Product Description
The KAG (Kinesthetic Angled Grip) is the result of a collaboration between BCM® and Travis Haley, founder of Haley Strategic Partners. It is designed to complement modern shooting grips by providing a biomechanically efficient interface that enhances weapon control and handling.
The forward rake of the KAG supports positive retention while reducing strain on the wrist, elbow, and shoulder. Its shape promotes consistent hand placement and smooth weapon manipulation without significantly increasing the overall profile of the firearm. Texturing on both the front and rear surfaces further improves grip and control, aiding in efficient target-to-target transitions.
The BCM® Direct Mount Picatinny 1913 interface system is engineered to provide a rigid, lightweight, and secure mounting solution. Unlike traditional mounting methods that rely on a simple screw and backing nut, BCM’s patent-pending anchor system distributes force more effectively across the accessory, reducing movement and flex while ensuring a stable lockup.
Features:
- Direct attach Picatinny 1913 rail version
- Forward rake supports positive retention with C-clamp (thumb-over-bore) grip
- Functions as a support point for stabilized shooting positions
- Low-profile design minimizes added bulk while improving ergonomics
- Promotes consistent and repeatable hand placement
- Patent-pending mounting system for enhanced rigidity and alignment
- Textured front and rear surfaces for improved engagement
- Constructed from high-quality, impact-resistant polymer
- Made in the USA
Installation Instructions (Tools Required: T15 Torx Driver – not included):
- Insert the T15 Torx driver into the screw from the underside of the KAG
- Push the tool inward to extend the Picatinny anchor so it protrudes from the top
- With the anchor extended, slide the KAG onto the Picatinny rail at the desired position
- Press the KAG forward to engage the recoil lug into the rail slot
- Tighten the screw until snug (approximately 18–20 in-lbs plus a quarter turn; do not over-tighten)
- Confirm there is no forward or rearward movement after installation
Blue thread locker may be applied to threaded fasteners if desired.
