- Under U.S. Federal Law, individuals convicted of violent felonies cannot purchase, own, or possess body armor.

- Various states have additional laws that may restrict these rights for individuals with convictions related to drug offenses or other felonies.

By purchasing body armor from The Team Room, you acknowledge and certify that:

- You have not been convicted of a felony.

- The end user has not been convicted of any crime that would prevent legal purchase, ownership, or possession under applicable laws.

- The end user will not use body armor purchased from US Armor Forge for illegal purposes.

- The end user is over the age of 18.

- The end user will not transport or use any US Armor Forge products outside of the United States.

The Team Room reserves the right to refuse sale at its sole discretion. Online sales of body armor to residents of Connecticut and New York are strictly prohibited, except for authorized law enforcement or military personnel, or through face-to-face transactions.

The Team Room does not ship products outside the United States in compliance with ITAR regulations. By purchasing or possessing US Armor Forge products, the end user certifies that no products will be transported or used outside the United States.
