Two features not typically associated with traditional battle belts: lightweight and low profile. We aimed to develop a belt that incorporates these elements without sacrificing functionality. Designed in collaboration with special operations and law enforcement professionals, the Bison Belt represents the next evolution in battle belt design.
To provide optimal gear stabilization, we used a single layer of laser-cut thermoplastic for the framework. This technology significantly reduces weight and thickness while maintaining superior rigidity compared to traditional methods. Continuous 1” tubular webbing from buckle to buckle ensures strength throughout the belt. Lightweight webbing was chosen to minimize bulk and simplify the installation of MOLLE-compatible products.
For reliable fastening, the Bison Belt features a D-Ring Cobra® buckle. The belt's interior is lined with hook Velcro for quick and secure donning and doffing, along with the included inner pant belt that completes the Bison Belt system.

**NOTE:** When installing the Modular Holster Adapter (MHA) to the Bison Belt, mount the MHA on the entire belt and not the MOLLE webbing. Refer to the provided picture for proper installation.
