Product Description

The SureFire KM1-E-BK (Vampire Head) is a dual-spectrum LED conversion head designed to upgrade legacy SureFire M300 Scout Lights or other single-cell (3V) Scout-pattern bodies. It allows users to switch between high-intensity white light and invisible infrared (IR) illumination by rotating the bezel.

White Light Output: 250 lumens with a peak beam intensity of 9,300 candela. 

Infrared (IR) Output: 100 mW. 

Runtime: Approximately 1.5 hours in white light mode and 6 hours in IR mode. 

Construction: High-strength aerospace aluminum with a Mil-Spec hard-anodized black finish. 

Power Source: Single 123A lithium battery (not included). 

Weight: Approximately 1.28 to 1.3 ounces.  

Compatibility 

The KM1-E is a direct drop-in replacement for several light bodies and systems:  

SureFire Scout Lights: Compatible with M300A, M300B, M300C, and M300V models. 

Third-Party Bodies: Fits Arisaka 300 series light bodies and other bodies using SureFire-pattern threads. 

Hybrid Beam: Uses a Total Internal Reflection (TIR) lens to provide a versatile beam for medium- to long-range identification (up to 190 meters) while maintaining peripheral spill.
